We offer FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) to your destination port, and CFR (Cost and Freight). We also support DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for qualified buyers with established trading history. All terms include full export documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (Form A/E/F as applicable), and inspection certificates. Our logistics team handles customs clearance at origin.

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with standard terms of 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight from major international banks is also accepted. For trial orders and sample shipments, we may accept PayPal or Western Union. All payments are processed through our authorized export company account with full documentation.

Standard production lead time: 4-8 weeks after sample approval and deposit receipt. Sea freight from Xiamen Port: 2-4 weeks to Southeast Asia, 3-5 weeks to Middle East and Africa, 4-6 weeks to Europe and North America, 2-3 weeks to Australia and New Zealand. Total cycle from order to delivery: typically 10-18 weeks. Express production (3-5 weeks) available for existing product formulations with premium pricing.
